1. The Night at Vosloorus
On 26 Oct 2014, Senzo visited his girlfriend Kelly Khumalo. It is ALLEGED that Longwe Twala arrived with a .38 revolver, fueled by a weekend of ignored calls to Zandile Khumalo. In the chaos of an altercation, Senzo was shot.
The Red Flag: Instead of calling the police, one of Kelly’s friends called Senzo’s family in Durban to claim he was "accidentally" shot. Why avoid the authorities?
2. The Clean-Up
Senzo’s blood wasn't just spilled; it was MOPPED OFF the floor before investigators arrived. The scene was never cordoned off, allowing high-profile individuals to walk through the very space where a murder had just occurred.
3. The Fabricated Ballistics
The real weapon was ALLEGEDLY a .38 revolver. Yet, the state's case relies on a 9mm bullet "found" the next morning. Logic dictates a swap occurred to fit a pre-determined narrative of "unknown intruders."
4. Docket 375 vs. Docket 636
In 2019, Detective Warrant Officer Misheck Makhubo and Captain Joyce Buthelezi stood their ground. They registered Docket 375, which directly implicates the people inside the house for murder and defeating the ends of justice.
The NPA suppressed this, opting for Docket 636—a case many believe is a carefully constructed cover-up to protect the powerful.
5. The "Cell Phone" Deception
The state claimed Accused #2, Bongani Ntanzi, used a phone in custody to coordinate with a lawyer, Mr. Mjiyako.
The Reality: Records show the phone was active in locations far from Ntanzi’s cell while he was locked up.
The Fraud: Police ALLEGEDLY used his confiscated phone to send "Please Call Me" messages to create a fake paper trail.
The System's Betrayal: A Higher Silence
